Sokcho Hangari Mulhoe

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sokcho Hangari Mulhoe (“we”) collects when you visit mulhoe.co.kr, why, and how you can refuse it. It is the English version of our Korean policy and is shown for every language of this site other than Korean.

1. What we collect

The site has no sign-up, booking or contact forms, so we do not collect your name, phone number, email or anything else that identifies you directly. When you view the site, the following is collected automatically:

Google Analytics (uses cookies)

Umami (no cookies, run by us)

Server access log

2. Why we collect it

3. Where it is processed and for how long

We do not use this information for any other purpose, and apart from the transfers in section 4 we do not sell or share it with anyone.

4. International transfers

① Google Analytics

Google Analytics data is sent over the internet to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) each time you view a page, and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates data centres. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See the Google Privacy Policy for how to contact Google. You can refuse this as described in section 6; refusing does not limit your use of the site.

② Our web server

The site and our Umami statistics run on a server we rent from The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr) (319 Clematis Street, Suite 900, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, USA, legal@vultr.com) in a data centre in Japan (Tokyo). Umami records and the server access log are stored there for the periods in section 3. Because this server delivers the site itself, this cannot be refused separately; these records cannot identify you.

5. How long data is kept

6. How to refuse cookies

If you refuse, no Google Analytics cookies are stored. Google then receives only cookieless signals that a page was viewed (such as the time and browser information), which it uses for statistical modelling without telling visitors apart. Refusing cookies does not limit anything you can do on this site.

7. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area (EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are not used until you consent (Google Consent Mode; until then it works as described in section 6 for refusal). Our legal basis for Google Analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and UK GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings”; this does not affect processing that took place before. You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. How Google uses data

See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, refusing or deleting cookies is the most reliable way to do this. For any question, contact us below.

10. Security

Everything exchanged with this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the server and the site’s admin pages is restricted to the operator.

11. Contact (data controller)

12. Effective date

This policy applies from 3 October 2026. If it changes, we will update this page.
